Return Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the same packaging as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
Refund Option If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:
- Full Refund — Payment will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Store Coupon — Receive a coupon code for the full value of your returned item, which can be used on your next order immediately.
Exchange / New Order If you wish to exchange for a new product, please note:
- We will process your new order once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The item must be in good and same condition as originally delivered.
- A coupon code for the returned item's value will be issued to you, which you can apply toward your new order.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, customized products, and items returned after 7 days will not be accepted.
