Delivery Areas We currently deliver across Pakistan — all major cities and remote areas included.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate applies at checkout
- Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (as displayed on the website)
Estimated Delivery Time
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this to track your delivery status.
Delivery Attempts Our courier will attempt delivery 2 times. If delivery fails both times, the order will be returned to us. Please ensure your contact number and address are correct at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at:
